I live w/my parents & dont pay rent. However, I am a full time student & make $650 every 2 weeks w/ a part time job. I provide for me and my son. Can I claim myself?

Or do my parents have to claim me? I just don't want to click the wrong answer.

If you are over age 19, not permanently disabled or a full-time student over age 24, your parents would not be able to claim you because your income would have to be less than $4,300.

If you are under 19, permanently disabled or a full-time student under age 24, and you provide more than 50% of your own support, your parents would not be able to claim you as dependent.
