I live in CA. I have a rental in CO. On my CO return, for the "CO Portion of Rental or Royalty Income", do I enter the fed amt. (which is negative) or enter the income?

The federal portion is listed as a negative number. Do I copy this number into the CO portion - or do I enter the actual income received from my CO rental property (before any deductions, etc.)?

Yes, you will enter the loss on the Colorado return.
