I live in a trailer and paid it off this year, but still have lot rent. How do I file for this?

There is nothing to enter about that. Paying off your mobile home is not anything to enter on a tax return, and rent is not deductible on a federal return. If your state allows anything for rent, you will be asked about it on your state return.
