I have two rental properties on my 2018 1065. I have entered the assets for both but only one Form 4562 shows up in the return.

The 8825 worksheet is there for both and all my asset entries, but the form 4562 is missing for the second property.

A form 4562 is ONLY needed if you put new assets into service ... so one had it and the other did not.
