I have two rental properties and manager put the combined income in the block 1 of 1099. Do I divide the income for each house and list them seperately or does the number have to match what is in the 1099?

You can divide the amounts according to which property earned what. As long as both amounts total what is on the 1099, you are okay.

You can divide the amounts according to which property earned what. As long as both amounts total what is on the 1099, you are okay.
