I have stock but am not sure how to report them in tax return. Please advise

If you have sold stock you will need to use TurboTax Premier to report the sale.

To enter your stock sales from your 1099-B you will do the following:

If you simply purchased stock and did not sell any stock you will not have anything to enter. Stock purchases are generally not reported.
