I have rental real estate property. How do I get the income to populate into form 8995?

To compute the Qualified Business Income Deduction for rental property, follow these steps.

• At the screen Review your xxx rental summary, click Done with rental property.
• At the screen Any other situations, click Continue.
• At the screen Your profit and loss results so far, click Continue.
• At the screen Is this Qualified Business Income, click Yes.
• Continue through several screens.
• At the screen Great news!  You get a tax break. you see the amount of your QBI deduction.
