I have rental property that I pay a monthly fee for the lot the mobile home is on. Can I deduct the monthly fee for the lot when used by me and not rented?

I own a mobile home that is a rental. I have to pay a monthly fee for the home to be on the lot. Can I deduct that monthly lot fee that the rental home is on? What if I used the property for personal use during one month? Would the deduction be partial?

No, you can't deduct the lot rent when you are using the mobile home for your personal use.
