I have rental property plus small businesses. Which version of Turbo Tax do I need?

If the business is a sole-proprietorship, you can use Self- Employed  or Home and Business.  

If the business is a S-Corp, C-Corp, multi-member LLC or Partnership, then you will need Premier for the rental property and TurboTax Business for the business.

If the business is a sole-proprietorship, you can use  ANY of the Downloaded/CD  versions  (Home & Business just gives more assistance if you need it)    but if you use the ONLINE version you must use the Self- Employed program.
