I have rental properties in FL and have rental income, but I live in another state. Do I have to file FL tax return? Thank you.
My local accountant never told me to file FL tax return. I owned these properties for a few years and never filed FL tax return. What can I do now if I must file? Thank you very much.

No as FL doesn’t have state taxes. I have a property in FL as well. You will file this income under the rental properties section.
