I have received 2 1099-DIV Statements one from my broker reporting all of my dividend interest including Company A, and then one from Company A. Which do I report?

It seems that my dividend income is being reported twice. Its reported first through my broker's 1099-DIV statement and then through a separate 1099-DIV statement from the company itself.

If it is the same dividend, just report the one from your broker.
