I have multiple rental properties, how do I input the total income for all properties

You will need to add each rental property and enter the income for each using the instructions below:

  • Go to My Account > Tools > Topic Search
  • Type rental in the search box and click Go.
  • Answer Yes to Do you want to review your rental and royalty information.
  • Proceed through the entire interview to enter your rental property information and enter income and expenses.

 To add additional rental properties:

  • After you complete the first rental setup, you will arrive at the Rental and Royalty Summary page. 
  • Click + Add another rental or royalty. (see screenshot)
  • Proceed through the entire interview to add another rental property.
