No, it isn't correct. The value of the stock is reported on your W-2, the dividends are reported separately, on the 1099-DIV.
You need to report your RSU stock exactly as it shown on your W-2 and 1099 forms. RSU is reported as income on your W-2 in the year received, and then it can produce dividend income and/or gain or loss on sale. RSU stock reporting can be complex, you can find lots of information regarding the topic here:
If I include the 1099-Div in my return it will double count that income since it is already reported in my W2. I could not find any way to input the 1099 Div so it would not include it in my income
