I have a 1099S for the sale of a Rental Property but when I enter it into Turbo Tax and I've already entered the sale of the property under Rental Property

Yes, you would enter the information for the sale of your Rental Property only once. Form 1099-S maybe useful to verify your entries, but you would not enter this info again in any other section of TurboTax.

Note that the sale of a Rental Property is reported in two areas of Rental Properties and Royalties.
