I have a 1099-MISC with Box 1 (Rents) checked. This was for the rental of personal property, not real estate. How do I enter this income?

Rental of personal property generally goes on Schedule C.

Just enter this amount - along with any other activity in the same vein - as general income, (i.e., income not reported on a 1099-MISC).  There's really no need to enter "detail" information about 1099-MISC's you receive into TurboTax because none of that detail is transmitted to the IRS in your income tax return.  All the IRS sees is lump sums of revenue irrespective of whether you received a 1099 or not.
