I had loss of incom due to disability that is a unclaimed from 09/03/2016 through end of the year 2016.

Could I get tax credit for 4 months of loss of income due to disability that haven't been claimed for 2016?

I'm not sure what you mean, but I believe you're saying you didn't have income because of a disability. There's no tax deduction for this.
