I had a rental that was rented out from Jan to June, then sold at the end of June. Is that considered rented for a full year or partial year? The TT question is vague.

If you rented the home from Jan-June, then the property was not rented for the entire year. Answer 'no' and enter the number of days rented. Enter '0' for the personal use days.

Under the Property Profile section indicate that you sold the property. Later in the Sale of Assets/depreciation section you can enter the sales information for the property. Dispose of any other assets in this section in the same way.
