I got divorced last year and the wife moved into our rental property how do i handle this?

Can you clarify your question?  Is your ex-wife now the sole owner, or do you own it jointly?

what did the divorce decree say?   she may have gotten the rental property as part of the property settlement.

In the decree she got the rental and I got the marital home.  The decree was issued before the end of the year. also the rental had rental income until September. The rent covered the mortage no extra. After she moved in she took over the mortage. We have booth since refinanced to remove each other from the notes.    Do I include this rent as income should it be divided between us?
