I filed on time but not had stock loss sales how do I add them

You need to Amend your Tax Return using Form 1040-X. You can click here for instructions on Amending your tax return: How to Change a Tax Return You Already Filed.  

Once you begin the Amendment process, search for "1099b" (upper right of your screen) and click the "jump to" link.  From here, TurboTax will walk through your stock loss sales.
