I entered a summary of stock transactions and saw that I needed to mail in a copy of 1099b to the irs. I then went back and typed in each individual transaction.

I dont have to mail anything now right?

That's correct.  If you typed in all your 1099-B transactions then the form 8949 will be complete and you won't have to mail the 1099-B to IRS.
