Although I do not have SC on my machine, both the Federal, and my state's tax due dropped after posting a passive loss as a positive number. Can you give anymore detail regarding SC.

Cannot e-file amended return still despite instructions from TurboTax staff member yesterday. Site will still not accept my credit card. I have followed all suggestions.
