I did - they told me to go to the Community Board as only paid customers will get help from support.

Incentive Stock options will be located in the "Investment Income" section of TurboTax. If there is an entry there for ISO (incentive stock options), and you confirmed that you in fact do not have ISO's to report, you can delete that entry there. You may have inadvertently answered a question during the interview questions that prompted TurboTax to add an ISO entry.

 To check the section of TurboTax that has Investment income, follow these steps...

1. Federal
2. Income
3. Investment Income
4. ISO exercise and hold, edit/ update

If you do have any investment income to report, TurboTax will prompt you to upgrade to our Premier package in order to be able to properly file your tax return.
