I divorced on 2-7-2018 and gave a rental property to my spouse. How do I enter that in Turbo Tax Home and Business?

Because the rental property was reported on a joint return originally, and your spouse kept it, you should be able to simply delete the rental from your return. You shouldn't have to report this as a sale and take a loss or a gain because one of the original owners (your spouse) is continuing the rental.
