I cannot find the rental property portion of my tax return? It have done it the past 2 years...I believe I have correct software package?

If you are using TurboTax Premier or TurboTax Self-Employed then you are using the correct software package to record rental property details.

The quickest way to navigate to the section is to type 'schedule e' in the search box of your open return, then select the 'jump to' link.

You can also navigate to the section under Wages & Income, Rentals, Royalties, and Farm.
