It shows up on form 8949 as a negative number in column (g) with code H in column (f).

If you are not getting it, you entered something wrong. Go back thru the home sale interview.

In TurboTax (TT), enter at:

- Federal Taxes tab (Personal in  Home & Business)

 - Wages & Income

- “I’ll choose what I work on” Button

Scroll down to:

-Less Common Income

     - Sale of Home

If you are not getting it, you entered something wrong. Go back thru the home sale interview.
