I am using turbotax Business for my LLC that has residential rental properties. How do I get it to calculate depreciation for each property?

You need to go through the Rental Real Estate Assets (Depreciation) section of the program (see first screenshot).
Subsequently, you need to click the Add Another Rental Asset button (see second screenshot).
