I am still waiting on one more 1099 sold stock last year

those come from your broker. TT has no control over their issuance.   call them but you may find that some are not issued until mid or late February.  some not until mid-March.  

 

technically you don't need 1099 if you know all the info to enter.   however, if it's different for some reason then you may need to amend.
