I am on my 31st year of depreciation for a rental property. I have refinanced several times. Do I start a new cycle of depreciation? Or no more depreciation?

Started rental in 1986.  One 1031 exchange from Seattle to Colorado.  This is my

If this is your last year, that means your property is fully depreciated.  You will not claim any more depreciation on the property, except for the improvements and other assets that you have added to the property.
