I am half owner of a rental property. Do I put the full amount of expenses, insurance premiums, etc...? or do I put half (the percentage I own)?

There are a lot of questions asking about the expenses, insurance amount, taxes, etc... But since I own only 50% of the property (my mother and I both own it) do I put the full dollar amount or half of it?

You should claim the actual dollar amount of rental expenses you paid up to 50% of the full amount of any given expense as you are a 50% owner.
