I am an American citizen living in the USA. Do I have to list the address of my UK property, which I do not use as a rental property, on schedule 6?

Only if you want IRS to contact you at that address.  Schedule 6 is used if you have a foreign address where you want IRS to contact you and send any correspondence to.  If you want IRS to contact you at a different address, you do not enter it on Schedule 6.  See the attached screenshot for IRS instructions.
