I am American living in France. My income is under FEIE max. My TurboTax had no taxes owed for my cap gains. If the sum of my FEI and cap gains < FEIE I pay no CG taxes?

e.g. FEIE ~=107k. If my income was 97k, can I have up to 10k cap gains and pay no taxes on it?
