I am 19 and still under my mother's health insurance, but am not a dependent of hers, I pay my own rent and no longer live with her. do I put uninsured or insured?

You would put that you are insured on the return since your mother provides your insurance. You do not need to be a dependent of her's in order to have health insurance provided.
