I accidentally clicked "no" when TurboTax asked me if I wanted to carryover losses on one of my rental properties. How can I activate the question again?

Use the following steps to go to the area where you can report carryover losses for your rental property:

• On the top row of the TurboTax online screen, click on Search (or for CD/downloaded TurboTax locate the search box in the upper right corner)
• This opens a box where you can type in “schedule e” (be sure to enter exactly as shown here) and click the magnifying glass (or for CD/downloaded TurboTax, click Find)
• The search results will give you an option to “Jump to schedule e”
• Click on the blue “Jump to schedule e” link

Then go through the next few screens until you get to Rental and Royalty Summary where you can Edit the property in question. 

Continue through the next few screens until you either see the screen titled Review Your Rental Summary or Do Any of These Situations Apply to this Property?  

If you see Review Your Rental Summary, select Update beside Property Profile and then keep going until you find the screen Do Any of These Situations Apply to this Property?

There is a section at the bottom of the Do Any of These Situations Apply to this Property screen that asks about carryovers.  Check the appropriate box and enter your information.
