How/where do i enter the sale of a rental property?

I have sold my rental in August after it was vacated in Feb 2017.

Turbo tax asks if I sold it and I say yes but it does not ask for the sale price, cost of sales etc.

What am I doing wrong here?

I am assuming this question was asked when entering the information for the rental income and expenses for the year.  The sale of the property is reported under the step by step under sale of business property.

From the summary showing your assets, you need to edit each asset in the rental property section and allocate the sale price and selling expenses to the assets.  You do not need to enter anything under sale of business property.  The program will correctly transfer information that you enter in the rental interview.
