HOW DO I REMOVE THE SALE OF A RENTAL WHEN I LISTED IT TWICE?

To delete one of the sales:

1.  Click Federal Taxes across the top.

2.  Click Wages & Income across the top.

3.  Click I’ll choose what I work on.

4.  Scroll down to Rental Properties and Royalties.

5.  Click Start or Update by Rental Properties and Royalties (Sch E).

Click through till you get to the property you sold.  Click Edit to the right.  Click Update by Assets/Depreciation and go directly to your asset summary.  

Click Delete by the property you entered twice.
