How do I notate a multi-family property (2 houses - one lot) which were converted from personal to rental in 2015 during different months of the same year.

Yes, in my opinion it would be easiest to set it up as two separate rental properties.

Do they have different Block/Lot numbers? Are property taxes assessed on them separately?
