How Do I know if online TT Deluxe correctly applied the $3k capital loss carry fwd BEFORE I elec file? (TT says I traded stocks (nope) & asked to upgrade to TT Premium)?

I have used TT Deluxe for years. $3k max capital loss carry forward for a few. online version this year, got the correct carry forward amount, but then asserted (wrongly) that I traded stocks this year so I have to upgrade to TT Premium. But I did not trade stocks. I only want the carry forward to be applied and I'll apply it again next year. I cannot check the actual form before I file so I cannot determine if online TT Deluxe applied that $3k capital loss carry forward this year. How can I check before I electronically file (ready to do so now)? I really don't want to
