How do I decline to use capital losses and carry over the full amount to next year?

The TurboTax software is forcing the use of the maximum -$3000 in capital losses, but I do not want to use any of the losses to offset my income this year. Using the "edit" feature, it will not let me force a '0' in the capital losses field,

You can't defer the use of capital losses carried forward. You have to use $3,000 each year.
