How do I complete line 8b on Schedule A - My name is on the deed but not the mortgage. I pay all expenses, including mortgage, taxes and repairs. Mom lives there.

I am using Turbo Tax self-employed. When I enter the info for the mortgage on the second home, it shows up on line 8a with info on my first home with see stmt in the margins.

I usually claim my gf as a dependent on fed taxes. This year (2024) she was awarded SSDI benefits. If claim her on my 2023 taxes can this cause an issue with her SSDI?
