How can I get turbo tax to quit asking me about my rental,property that I haven’t had since 2016? It won’t let me file because it keeps wanting me to upgrade

Apparently, you never disposed of the property correctly in the program.  You may actually have been continuing to take Depreciation expense for last year, which you would need to amend.  You would indeed need to upgrade to Premier to at least close down the rental property.
