How can I get the stock needs review page asking for cost basis review just to accept whats already been provided/listed by investment company

You can't. You'll have to go in and review the entries. Make sure there are no empty fields. If you have any empty fields, put zero. Also verify that you have a date acquired and date sold, dates in each field. These are common issues that TurboTax asks to review with security sales.
