How can i get my capital loss carryover of $3000 imported on 2019 Schedule D? I had it in 2018.

it should have been transfered when you started 2019.   are you sure you looking at the carryover becuase $3,000  looks like the amount deducted in 2018 

line 16 on schedule D of last year's return shows the total loss 

this needs to be reduced by the amount on line 21  - the amount used.

if you had an NOL for 2018. none was used
