The actual Form 4562 that is filed with your return is just a Summary of the Depreciation for the current year and only lists out the new assets and not the prior the items. You may have a 4562 Depreciation and Amortization Report which does list all the items including fully depreciated items.
If you don't have the 4562 Depreciation and Amortization Report or need more info you need the Asset Life History. The history is only available in the Desktop program not the Online version. If you are using the Online version you would have to download your .tax2022 file and open it in the desktop program.
Using the Desktop program you can get an Asset Life History worksheet but you have to do it in Forms Mode, click Forms in the upper right (upper left for Mac) You can't get detailed worksheet showing all the assets but you can get the Asset Life History on each one. It doesn't print out with your return or save in the pdf. So you have to print each Asset Life History individually.
Scroll down the list of forms in your return to a Asset Entry or Asset Worksheet and open it. Then down on line 14 is a QuickZoom button to Asset Life History, Click on that.
Did you use TurboTax last year?
If so, did you save your .tax2022 file to a PDF?
Look for the Form 4562 Depreciation and Amortization Report.
Yes, I can see that in Section II - point 14, It shows total amount ($5675).
How can I get individual items list from that amount? What was entered while filing the return last year?
Do you have anything that looks like the form below?
This is from a test return but shows the real estate (RE) depreciation information.
No, I don't see anything like the form you mentioned.
It shows only this form.
Did you use TurboTax for the 2022 tax year?
Did you have listed property or was 2022 the first year for depreciation?
Yes, I have been using Turbo tax from 2013. And the rental property was listed from 2015 tax returns.

Can you find this form, Depreciation and Amortization Report? It prints sideways.
I am using online version. Could you send me the link to download Desktop version? is it free to download and view these forms?
Call support and ask them for the 2022 Desktop download since you paid for the Online version. You will need to download the .tax2022 from your online account to open in the program.

Then After you get the program installed the first thing to do before you open your tax return is to update the program and install any state programs you had. Then open your file. So you first might need to start a fake return to be able to download the state program (go to FILE - NEW). Enter some basic information, then go to the state tab and download the state program. Then try to open your existing return, go to FILE - OPEN
I have been trying to contact customer service from past hour, but it's not connecting me to the person. Keep on repeating the same words- ' my account is not active for current year turbo tax product'.
I saw the download option under Amend return section. Can I use this feature to download and retrieve the form?
I am able to download the form using desktop version. Thank you all for your help!
