How can I find where to deduct rental property repairs

Deduct repairs under the Rental Properties and Royalties section. 

• Select My Account
• Tools
• Topic Search
• Type rental (schedule e) and select GO

If you have not set up the property before, begin the interview with the property description and continue through the steps. If you have a rental already set up, navigate to section in steps above and continue until you reach the Rental and Royalty Summary page. 

Select edit, then scroll down the summary page to Expenses, and select start/update. Continue to enter Repairs under Common Expenses . See attachments.
