What ?   When you file a personal income tax return you MUST put ALL your income on the return at the same time ... you cannot just file a portion of the income.  Why do you want to do this ?

For most people, rental income is personal income. rental income and expenses are reported  on schedule E, which is an attachment to form 1040, the regular income tax form.

Even if you have no other income, you file a personal tax return for your rental income.
