Home Sale

I sold a property in 2019 after moving out in Aug 2018 and renting it for a year (Sep 2018-Aug 2019).  It was my main home and I didn't purchase another main home after moving out and renting it.  So is the property sale considered a main home or investment property sale for tax purposes?  Please advise...
