Yes, to enter your flow through Income and Losses from Partnerships and LLC's, follow these steps in TurboTax:

While in your Tax Home,
Select Search from the top right side of your screen,
Enter K-1,
Select Jump to K-1,
Follow the On-Screen Prompts to complete this section.
