I was revisiting the section for my two rental properties. When I got to the asset summary for a duplex I purchased in 2025, it shows this (photo below). Is it me, or is it listing the duplex building twice on there -- the first and last entries on this summary? I scrolled through 'editing' them and they have almost identical information, so the numbers correspond to the purchase of the property. The one at the end doesn't include the cost of the home inspection, which is why the numbers are different. But isn't this wrong? I only entered information once. Why did it generate two separate asset entries?
I think I need to delete one of these "assets", correct? Please, help!!

If you have no other residential real estate assets that may have also been added on 4/12, and you're confident the last asset on the list is just a duplicate of the first entry, then you can select the 'Delete' button in your screenshot next to the asset. If it's just a duplicate entry, you wouldn't want to be claiming nearly double the depreciation deduction against 1 property.
Thank you, @MelindaS1
I do have another rental property, a vacation rental that was purchased several years ago. This is the only residential property I added on April 12. I just thought it was weird that it would generate two separate asset lines for this property. I had never seen Turbotax do that.
The vacation rental has its own asset summary page and it looks fine. Still scratching my head. I will go ahead and delete it.
