Hello, My child and my husband got their residence Visa and I brought them to live with me on December, 2016. My question is, can I claim them on my taxes for 2016?

    NO, Unfortunately they have to live with you at least 6 months out of the year. However there are certain exceptions  to this rule.  Contact the IRS.
