Form 8453 is asking that I send in Form 8949. Don't have form 8949. Ihave forms 1099DIV, 1099B
It sounds like you entered category totals for investment sales rather than enter individual transactions. When you complete Form 8949 in such a manner, it generates Form 8453 and what the IRS really wants is for you to mail them a copy of your 1099-B. Form 8453 is used to identify your 1099-B with your tax return.

I had the same problem. I finally found that TurboTax had prepared Form 8949, and it was buried in the tax return (page 8 for me) and labeled with tiny font on top and bottom of page.
